I have worked professionally with disability issues for 35 years-and bullying seems to have found new venues and hiding places. I think a bit like the drivers who abuses people from his safe little space-within the car- e technology and social media bullies have that anonymous I can get away with it rationale-but as with folk who experience this ,new provisos and responses to this sort of bullying will be increasingly effective. Lets all support anti bullying

There is never any excuse for any kind of bullying or abuse. It must not be tolerated in any form.

Hi Danny
on child legislation that I have advised on- the principle is the essential protection of all children-be they a " good child" or if you like a"bully"-in front of the law they are equal and both need defending and supporting.
I can understand though that life can be inherently unfair with good folk-adults or children, being victims, and sometimes those perpetrate crime or abuse seeming to win
I think I learnt this i when reading the psalms as a kid:
Psalm 73:3 “For I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.” Not only do the wicked prosper, “they increase in riches” (Psalm 73:12).
