Clothes and othosis?

Hi my husband just been fitted with othosis due to neuropathy (diabetes) I know this may sound silly but please what's the best way to but them on as we struggle to get the trousers on. Surely he can't be expected to wear them only with jeans and jogging pants. Thanks for any advice.

Hi @maye
Starting to wear orthosis can take some adjusting to. It may unfortunately be that more formal trouser styles are more difficult to manage but it shouldn't be impossible to find something other than jeans or jogging pants, even if that means needing to make some adaptations to his clothing to accommodate the orthosis.
