Hello Scope Group Online.
My name is Marcus.  My physical wellbeing is affected by (1) Type2 Insulin Dependent Diabetes, (2) Hypertension, (3) Mild Sleep Apnoea, (4) An Eye Focusing Problem, (5) Some Background Retinopathy, (6) Occasional Lower Legs and Feet Swellings.
My GP prescribed medicines are....Novorapid Insulin...Insulatard Innolet Insulin..Bezafibrate.. Furosemide...Doxazosin.....
And so my life goes on into my future...... MFG.
