I am looking to help my autistic grandson .he took the pip test and had his previous payments stop . My daughter who is herself disabled , appealed but because he can walk and wore clean clothing ,and in their opinion could cook and look after himself. He can make a cup of coffee use a microwave but not a cooker. They reckon he is self sufficient.
Any advice is very welcome!
