Hi all thanks for getting back to me its more to know If I have to inform them now while there processing my claim or do I wait until doctors have diagnosed it for deffently0

As advised, PIP isn't about a diagnosis. If you've already got a PIP award then you won't need to report anything unless you can score more points for a higher award and before doing anything you should get some expert advice. You should also be aware that you need to have had a worsening of condition for at least 3 months otherwise it won't be taken into consideration.
