I have an acquired disability, since having a stroke 5 years ago I have been very moved by the kindness of strangers also, I have been hurt by the bullying of my fellow members of my stroke group, is it because bullying me makes them feel better sbout their disability?

Hi @mashy, welcome to the community!
Bullying is never okay, and I'm so sorry members of your group are doing it to you - is there someone who runs the group that you can talk to?I hope that you will feel safe and welcomed in the community. There's plenty of groups and discussions which you can get involved with, whether it be to ask for some help and support, or just to chat with other members of our community.
If you have any questions, please do get in touch!
