We support SCOPE through the shop locally and having strayed on here accidentally I am really impressed with what I see. I work in a lowly admin. position in local government, but my work involves supporting the team in my local council who deal with Special Educational Needs & Disability, I know how hard the staff work and how much they care about the people they work with, so it is interesting to see EHCP and other areas covered here. I also have a personal interest in MH issues and will read and learn, to hopefully make be better at understanding and supporting. To those struggling with EHCP applications and transition I would say - keep talking to your local team - talking works.
