Coping with isolation

I feel so isloated, my life is just an existence with lots of pain and discomfort. I don't see anyone from day to day leading me to forget who I am.
If this is living I don't want it to go on much more.

I have severe arthritis. Fibromyalgia. Bad heart and problems with my liver.
People say theyl come round but hardy do.
I cant keep up with tbem so they gi with someone else.

May I ask if you've learnt any ways in dealing/coping with this please?
I am disabled from a Road Traffic Accident as a young teen, as well as a stroke nearly 2 years ago. I am waiting to see a neurologist to confirm if my vascular problems are Vascular Dementia as my Doctor has said it looks like it but as I'm so 'young' they can't confirm it as they are only a GP!!
