I have an above knee amputation, on changeover from DLA to PIP I was refused PIP, I asked for a MR, that was also refused, saying in their opinion I could walk over 50mtrs, this is without testing in anyway how far I could walk, what are the chances of winning my appeal?

Hi Claretfan and welcome
First question is do you meet the criteria for an award ?
Have a look at the B&W self test and come back with any questions
