So i thought i'd show a couple of in progress pics from a sculpture i created around 15 years ago of michael Jackson from Thriller, i wanted to recreate the first time we see him as the zombie, so got stuck in, using water based clay, first pic is the reference shot i used
next is the clay sculpture without the zombie brow added, tried to get a likeness first
next with the eyebrow ridge added
next i made a two part plaster mould of the sculpture which i then used to make the finished rubber and foam display bust

Brilliant @Grinchy I remember being at a dance school where we dressed up as much as we could like Michael Jackson knew all the dance steps at the time, brings back great memories of thriller.0
