So good to see so many others who are interested in creativity!
Years ago, I trained in dance, but chose to finish and went into childcare. I still absolutely adore dance, but unfortunately with my health this wouldn't be an option anyway.
I particularly enjoy photography and designing. I have an etsy shop for digital prints and have recently created designed a Christmas card. I'll post a couple of things 😊

@scotslad
Absolutely! When I was growing up, we didn't get the Internet until I was at least 13 or 14, so I definitely think that helped with my creativity.
When we did finally get a decent computer and the Internet, I continued that by making graphics of my favourite bands etc.1 -
@Pandapaws so cute! If you don't mind me asking, what do you use?
I've only got my phone at the moment, bur saving for a laptop or possibly a tablet0 -
hi @CountryMimi it’s good to see that you’ve found something you enjoy doing. It’s also great that you have your own Etsy shop too! I used my iPad to create my artwork. I use a fantastic app called Procreate0
-
Thank you @Pandapaws 🙂
Oh yeah, I'm familiar with Procreate!
Not available on android. But hopefully once I'm a bit more sorted I'll be able to get that laptop or iPad 😊0 -
@scotslad
I've yet to make a success of it 🙈 I've actually just sent a message to family and friends to try and encourage sales.
I agree, it does shock me some of the prices!1 -
@scotslad just to clarify that I don’t sell any of my artwork, and I don’t have an Etsy shop as I know I can’t do that due to benefits like you’ve said. I do my art as part of my therapy and also get pleasure from gifting some of my art to friends2
