I enjoy meeting and starting the day speaking to my friends in the community.  It helps me, have mental health problems.

I am lonely so that helps me as well meeting new people in our community

I have memory problems use diary to help me.  Just an idea.

Hi @whistles how are you. I love this forum and have met some lovely caring friends. There's alot of knowledgable people who can help with all sorts of problems. Best of all we all understand each others struggles as we all in the same boat.

Someone somewhere knows what are you going through, have been through.
I am new to pip and I feel for anyone who is waiting for that brown envelope.
I had a good assessor and it was a stroke of luck! 
Saying that the dwp were in the news a lot the week before, maybe he couldn't sleep! I know I couldn't beforehand.
