    the last leg is a very funny programme on channel 4 on friday night hosted by adam hills, josh widdicome and alex brooker. adam, hills and alex brooker are both disabled. it started in 2012 when they were asked to host the paralympic games. they are always laughing in the face of disability!!! it is hillarious.

    it is lookinging at the news for the week which doesn't sound very funny but it is. they put their own spin on it and sometimes i laugh till i cry when i am watching it.
