hi sianeedy and welcome
Nothing has changed recently
When did you receive you decision letter ?
Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?
Have you asked for an MR ?

@sianeedy, when when you filled I your form and had your accessment either you did not fit the descriptors which was either plainly obvious or the accessor put down false evidence, get a copy of your accessment report and if you can see evidence of false recording of your conditions then put in for a MR which has to be made 30 days from receiving your award letter. Good luck try CAB for advice.0

Hi @sianeedy
I’m sorry to hear about the problems you’ve been having with PIP. Have you applied for a Mandatory Reconsideration?
We have a lot of useful information about appealing a DWP benefits decision on our website, including some resources on MRs. You may find the following video on mandatory reconsiderations of interest:

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please do get in touch!
