Here on the Online Community, we'll be sharing guest blogs and stories from autistic individuals over the upcoming fortnight. We'd love to hear about your own experiences too: check out our ASD discussions, and don't forget to ask Violet, our ASD advisor, any questions you may have.
Will you be doing anything special for World Autism Awareness Week? You can find out more, and how you can get involved, by visiting the National Autistic Society website.

I honestly think it's a load of rubbish. It almost always focuses on children and never on Autistic adults. We're just as important too.1

Sorry to hear that, @Nystagmite: you've made a good point there.
Do you have any experiences of your own that you would like to share on the community? If you'd like to consider writing a guest blog, do get in touch at community@scope.org.uk and maybe we can have a chat about it!0 -
