I suffer with mental health issues and have done for some time.
I have had various counselling and therapy which seem to have helped get me back into the real world from the dark places I have visited.
Though not completely recovered, I feel I can learn more from people in similar positions or even offer ideas on things that I have learnt or found have helped me.
I understand that there are many points of interest on the site to find information and help in many aspects of illnesses.
