My daughter had this benefit stopped. She was told its because she spent most of her time at parents home not her own

Hi helrose and welcome
One of the conditions of SDP is that the claimant lives alone or is deemed to do so.
The DWP are claiming that your daughter does not live alone as she does not spend the majority of time at her own address.
I am wondering how the DWP came upon this information ?
You might be best advised to contact CAB or welfare rights, but if the situation remains the same it will be a hard fight

Ah ok
If she sleeps at home then that is where she is resident. I would still suggest contacting the CAB
