Hello @catz and a warm welcome to the community.. Very glad to have you with us.
We have a good number of members with fibromyalgia and arthritis, many of whom will be only too glad to chat with you, and we have specialists here who can offer you advice - if wanted - on pretty much anything. You're safe here, and among friends, some of whom will be along, like @debbiedo49, to talk to you.

Most conversations on fibro seem to occur in the 'Dealing with chronic pain' thread here: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/chronicpain or in the posts referring to particular benefits. You might like to browse through some of the links (in white on a purple background, lower down the screen) and see if there are other threads/categories that might interest you.

I also found this website for fibro sufferers, in case it's of any interest to you: http://ukfibromyalgia.com/index.php

Let me know if any of this is any use to you and don't hesitate to be in touch if there is anything further we might be able to help with.

    Warmest best wishes to you
    Richard
