Hi, im Simon and I have a host of bits falling off but my main issues are neurological (Parkinson's Disease, Polyneuropathy.) Spondolyasis affecting C2, C4 and C5; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Mental Health issues all of my adult life. Also cardiovascular disease (quad bypass 5 years ago) and Type 2 Diabetes.

However (don't laugh) I'm a self employed Therapist dealing with mainly trauma and depression but I also help with anxiety however it presents.

The DWP are my bête noir. Their vaguely psychopathic need to strip disabled people of as much as they possibly can has meant nothing but pain and misery to the disabled community. I'll stop here as I can see my soapbox getting too close.

Thank you all for letting me join your forum.

Hello Simon @SimonP and a warm welcome to the community. Nobody's laughing  I can't do anything but admire and respect someone who has had so much to deal with and who yet manages to keep a sense of humour.
I would tell you what I think of the DWP, but this message system automatically (it seems) edits out the kind of language I would have to use.
So it is very good to have you with us, and I hope you will consider your own needs as well as those of others and  let us know if there is anything we can do to support you.
In the meanwhile, have a good look around and, please, please be in touch.
    Warmest best wishes to you,
    Richard
