I think you need to read a car number plate from a certain distance.
type in something like health requirements to drive then it comes up with the government web sites I tried to copy and paste the link but couldn’t.

Theres a web page that comes up that ISNT the DVLA so be careful.
if it asks for money.
You best plan would be to go to instructor and they could ask you to sit in a car and that would tell them and you if you would be a danger on the road by what you could see from behind the wheel
