Hi all I have rang the pip today to complain about the computers been down and I think I had a unfair pip assessment.  Next step is to complete there complaints form which I will be doing.  I will also be asking for a copy of the report.  I am really stressed out and all this is causing me more seizures. Hi @justg72, best of luck with lodging your complaint. So sorry to hear about the stress you're under. If you feel you'd benefit from assistance with filling out the form, perhaps your local Citizens Advice could help?
