Fibromyalgia and diet

Hey @debbiedo49,
I think it’s classed as a swallowing difficulty.
The Gastro Doctor isn’t sure what has caused it from the long list, acid reflux, Fibromyalgia, the gastroscope camera, the Cyclical Vomiting or the new thing i’m being tested for is acute intermittent porphyria that causes temporary and permanent paralysis.
I stick now to foods that are natural and haven’t been processed in any way,
Oat milk was my favourite, but it’s a grain and now I can’t consume it. So i’m on Coconut milk and soy. -
I tried oat milk I wasn’t keen on it. I haven’t tried coconut milk thanks

I also have issues with acid reflux and swallowing. I’ve been meds’ for years. My GP just says oh you have a narrow throat and large tonsils. I choke fairly easily on a tiny crumb and then it’s all over as I vomit. Not all the time as I’m very careful but I have to avoid trigger foods. It’s ridiculous. I asked to get my tonsils out to help this and was told no even though I have sore throats and coughs a lot as well.

@debbiedo49,
I had my tonsils out at age 5 and I still have this problem.
especially with like you say anything that has tiny crumbs in it.
my acid reflux on started after I had the gastroscopic camera down my throat.
i had never experienced it before.
i just had the chronic Vomiting and IBS -
I don’t have chronic vomiting oh dear
