How to support my son with mental illness

Hi my name is emma i have a son 21yrs old who has adhd and bipoler really need some advice on how i can best support him.He isnt getting any help from mental health services he is struggling to cope and is very low depressed and has self harmed in the past and finding it very difficult 2 get a job.
