I've been awaiting a court esa appeal date since September last year and a re assessment on pip for 3 months. Looking for advice on how to handle Foth coming dates as I will not be available for the last 2 weeks in June and the first week in July. It's sods law that my appointments will arrive during my absence. Any advice as to whether I notify them.

Hi pigeon55
Yes I would definitely notify them that you are not available on those dates. I will say though it is best to make yourself available as much as possible when it comes to court dates in fact they might say you must stick to those dates. -
That's what I thought. Just the way my luck has been the last 2 yrs I'm expecting exactly what you say in your reply.any thanks.

When you appeal on an SSCS1 form you are explicitly asked about your availability in the next 3 months. Once that has expired it’s up to you to keep them informed.

Thanks for that information Mikehughescq.
