My grandson who has ADHD PIP keep refusing him what can I do

Have you gone through the mandatory reconsideration and appeal steps already? Are you trying to make a new claim?
You can take a PIP self-test to see what points your grandson might meet, so that you have an idea of what to focus on in a PIP application or appeal. It might also be useful to get some face to face help - your local citizen's advice may be able to help.0 -
Yes gone through mandatory twice don't know if I can appeal it don't know what to do0

My grandson was on DLA for ADHD as soon as he turn 16 he had to apply for pip he has been refused twice what can I do ?0

When did you receive the result for the mandatory reconsideration, @Marymc123?
You have a month after a mandatory reconsideration to ask for an appeal,(although you can still apply for one if you're late, you will just have to explain why) and you can do this in writing with an SSC1 form.We have a lot of useful information about appealing a DWP benefits decision on our website, including some resources on tribunals.
