Hi everyone, so i took the plunge and rang up the pip helpline today. they will be sending the form out. just took some information and contact details for my GP and my CBT therapist. my question is where can i get help from to fill the form as i have no idea about form filling and get confused easily. im from Calderdale if thats any help.
