Can I claim PIP?

Hi I`m new to this I`ve been on ESA since January and I`m in SG I broke my hip in November and also suffer from COPD and DEPRESSION can I claim PIP

There is a PIP self test here you can try!

Telephone DWP ask for the claim form 
You need to be between 16/ 64 years old
It will depend on what benefits you get now.
And the Disability you have now.
