As a mobility scooter user, I have reported vehicles parked on dropped kerbs via E-mail with a picture of the offending vehicles to my local authority - Colchester only to be told only parking attendents can take action. How stupid. I have never seen a parking attendent in my village, have you?

Hi @strange, welcome to the community!
How frustrating, especially when you've gone to the trouble of reporting it. I'm no expert on the taking action side of this, but perhaps some of our other community members will be able to share their experiences. -
Don't know if that page helps, you can comment on it also and ask them stuff and someone might reply and help you. I have no idea how active that page is.

I've found that going to the effort of reporting it and sending photos etc. is a waste of time. They're not interested and won't take any action - it's too much effort. Sad but true. Its a reflection of people's poor attitude towards disabled people and their needs.Shirley Todd
