Day centres and activities for disabled 16-25 year old in Wolverhampton?

Hi everyone just want to know where i can find information on day centres/days out/activities for 16-25 yr olds with disabilities both physical and mental and challenging behaviour in and around the wolverhampton west midlands area.Thank you

Welcome to the community.
I had a quick look on the Wolverhampton information network there are a few that might listings that might be of interest - Cranmer Day Services, Creative Support, Support Plus.
There's also the Disability Resource Centre - they seem like quite a good organisation, they might know more.
