Hi @Bahailander and welcome to the community.
I am not sure that the resources you are looking for are available. However google translate does a pretty good job, but like any online translator it can make mistakes.
If you find a website with the information you are looking for but it is in English- go to translate.google.com
- copy and past the website address into the text box on the left
- choose the language to translate to on the right
- click Translate button
Hope this helps your friend0 -
Thanks Geoark will try Google translate...have tried various online translators but she says they make no sense for long articles...and thanks for the welcome!0

Hi @Bahailander unfortunately your friend is right.
I did find a polish site that has information on a lot of the benefits but not PIP. It does have a forum in Polish that your friend could ask for help in.
http://www.mojawyspa.co.uk/forum hopefully someone will be able to help or signpost a site that offers the information she wants in Polish.
