Chronic back pain, not getting any relief

Don't really know where to start but I'm in cronic back pain I've had 3 ops but still no relief I'm on so many pain killers but feel I'm taking them for nothing they are now sending me to see clinical psychology assessment but I no its not in my head it affects my daily life routines as I have a job to walk it's just really getting to me now just don't know what to do anymore .

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this, it sounds like you're having a really tough time. Have you ever been seen at a pain clinic?
