Hi everyone. Hope everyone is as well as they can be. Little bit about me 10 years ago after a year of seizures after a kayaking accident I was told I had epilepsy. Six years later after brushing of the pain I was in all day and all night it never stopped. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I use to be able manage but I had I sepsis last year and it's left me in so much pain that I need a crutch.

Hello @jen40 and a very warm welcome to you. I am glad you've found us, but very very sorry to hear of your suffering.
I think weekends slow things down a bit, but you should hear from other members as your post filters through to them and, in the meanwhile, you might like to check out the 'Dealing with chronic pain' thread where you're likely to meet with others in similar circumstances.

I'd just like to say hello and welcome. 
I to, deal with pain a lot of the time and know just how exhausting it can be. I will also be visiting that same thread, at some point.
