    smalley69,

When you appealed, was this a request to the DWP to look at the decision again (called a mandatory reconsideration), or was it an appeal to HMCTS (The Tribunals' Service)?

If it was a mandatory reconsideration, you need to ring DWP. If it was the Tribunals Service, I would ring them. Whichever it was, I would expect you to have heard something by now. If you can ring, it's better as it's possible the letters aren't getting to the right place?

I also wonder if you should claim again just to make sure that you are covered. It won't stop you from following up your appeal on the previous claim.

If you are able to get advice locally that could help too - your CAB or a disability information service may be able to help.

    Will
