Need a gardener after stroke

Hi I'm looking for some advice...my dad had two major strokes last year leaving him with bad mobility..We are in desperate need of a gardener.We have been told we can get help through the stroke association. ..Is this correct...Thanks

I'm afraid your dad will not get help from stroke association, for gardening.
