Catheter surgery cancelled

I have a catheter on 11months surgery cancelled enlarged prostate 3times won't do surgery Artial Fibulation I leak urine when I have spasms incontinence pants not that good still leak run down the tube recently changed to flip Flow problem when spasms need toilet in a hurry
