I had my tribunal hearing on the 3/07/18 for esa I got 15 points for physical on part one and two can't walk more than 50 metres I first made my claim in Jan 17 so it's taken 18 moths never claimed anything after my assessment where I scored no points my assessment never took place till August 17 am I entitled to any back pay and if so is it from jab 17 before the money changed in April 17 thanks

Yea Mike do have all sick notes they back payed me from assessment to mr and appeal lodge when stopped so will it start from Jan 17 new claim I have component 1 and 2 so think I'm in support group confused thanks
