Hi little Ruthie
If all else fails try ringing your local jobcentre. They should at least be able to give you an address.

Have you tried the DWP website or on an ESA previous letter.
I had the same problem, they sent a form, no return address details or envelope, so I just sent it to the address on previous correspondence.
Hope that helps -
Thanks guys typically I can't find a letter lol.I've also sent stuff that never reached. Thanks

The address on my esa letters is
Bathgate Service Centre
Mail Handling Site A
Wolverhampton
WV98 1AN -
No sure if it’s the same for the whole ok the UK

Thanks so much x

Depends where the main dwp office is in your area. There are 2 addresses depending on where you are, all the ESA mail all goes to the Wolverhampton post handling site.
So it would be either
ESA(then wherever for instance Wrexham)
Post handling site A, or B whichever one handles your area
Wolverhamton
WV99 2GD for site B
or Wv98 2BQ.for site A
Sorry I cant help further my geography is shocking so dont know which city in the list is in the Midlands.
