Hi,I'm not quite understanding your question. If you don't claim Carers Allowance then you won't be paid the money.What disability does your mum get DLA mid/high rate care, PIP daily living or Attendance Allowance? Does she claim pension credit or ESA or any other benefits?

Do you mean would she get SDP included in her means-tested benefits?
