Your PIP award is not affected by your ESA award, your ESA maybe looked at to incrrase your amount.2

Hi Marble
They may have decided you are eligible for extra premiums on your esa as you have now been awarded pip.I would ring them and find out.

Thank you everyone for your advice and comments. Dealing with these ppl is never easy and when they say they want to talk to you.. You feel sick. I'll ring them, Thank you x1

Because you have been awarded PIP it triggers a review of your ESA at the DWP, which means you are probably entitled to an extra component for severe disablement. Basically more money. Don't panic - the benefit system is designed to be confusing, it's a deterrent. Those people who fall by the wayside because they can't cope with it end up dead - that's just what they want unfortunately.2
