Just 4% of PIP decisions over ruled by tribunals

To start with the source of this information has not been the most trustworthy with its interpretation of figures.
While new figures are showing the success rate has risen to 71% for appeals this admission by the DWP shows one reason why the DWP may not seem so bothered, after all a 96% success rate for a complicated system is not bad.
The rest of the story seems to suggest that many people are accepting poor or just plain wrong decisions for what ever reason.

It has to be said that when people post in places like this or other social media that people could lose what they already have by pursuing a challenge that plays a significant role in the problem. By and large it is technically true but almost never happens as described.
A lot of us are too unwell to play this game with the DWP
