Anyone who gets sausage fingers got any useful tips on using phones, tablets, gripping onto things please? I think I have arthritis is my hands and wrists linked to fibro and this is a daily issue for me. And no I do not want some bread for my sausage fingers lol! ?

Hello @debbiedo49 Have you seen our posts on disability aids and equipment.

Have a look at those innovations catalogues for solutions and ideas.

Also on line.  Might be worth looking at.

One other is local OT people of the council do they not have anything you can use.

    Hope I can help.

    Take care

    Hi
If you have an android phone Google assist is an OK aid, not perfect but it will help.
Apple tablets have Siri and there is a microphone on the keypad so you can dictate.

I use a crayon for my laptop and phone.  Packets available from Amazon cheap.

And rubber grippers to open jars, bottles, etc.  Available online.
