    The SDP is paid on top of your ESA and your PIP money will stay the same. It can take 3 weeks plus to claim this premium but they will write to you once they've made a decision. I know it's stressful waiting but there's nothing you can do in the meantime. Any money owed to you will be backdated to the date you became eligible.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
