Hi I’m new here. I’m 48 a mother and disabled. I suffer from depression and anxiety also have become agoraphobic so find life incredibly lonely. I live in Essex with my teenage daughter who is also my carer. Would be nice to chat to people and perhaps make some friends from here x

Have you received any help for your agoraphobia?
I enjoy photography (people), currently wedding planning. I used to enjoy crosswords, puzzles.Aldo at the moment I'm currently learning to walk again so that takes us 5 days a week but once it stops I won't know what to do!Disability Gamechanger - 2019
