I had all my PIP taken off me. I am going for my appeal tribunal soon. If the judges decide I should be getting PIP will it get backdated and how far back?

Hello @dolphins Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and sharing.
I am unsure of an answer to your question. Benefit enquiries are confusing and complex. Some one from our community or team will be in touch.
Have a look at our benefit advice for information and advice.
Speak to CAB for further help and support.
We are a supportive community. Friendly, care and share.
Hope that helps.
Ask the community anything some one will know.
Take care

Hi @dolphins,
If successful, payments will be backdated up to the date of the original decision. Best of luck at the tribunal!
You may also find our page on appealing a DWP benefits decision of particular interest.
