in Start here and say hello!
I'm a 56 year old widow who has legal guardianship of my autistic grandson, 4, and his big sister, 17.
I have recently been diagnosed with degenerative spine, cervical stenosis and lumbar stenosis. I also have PTSD due to my partner's suicide in July 2015. Hoping to find others with similar problems to chat to.

    Just got letter from my GP as pip has sent him forms to fill out is this a good thing as my GP wants me there to help fill them in
