Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.
While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

Hi
Ive just got a second hand chair until I can get somthing through nhs which as we know takes a long time.
It's a invacare spectra xtr2 has tilt .But has this bar thing at back anyone know what it is do I need it ?

Thank for that Chloe that all I found too but these bars run down back of chair and up under the batteries maybe its a canter balance .

I've checked out the parts manuals for your model of chair and there is no hint of anything like this. The fact that the clamps are over the top of the safety stickers also suggests that it is an after-market addition. It is difficult to tell from your photo but I think it might simply be a 'rear bumper' to provide additional protection to the battery. I've tried to find this product online, without success, but that would be my best guess at this time.
