Hi I have both types of Arthritis. Its in my kness hips and left shoulder. I get about using a stick. I am separated from my husband and I have lived in Stevenage for 5 years now. I live alone apart from my little dog. A Cairn terrier named Bailey and he is my world. I am shy but today's a good day. I'm 51 years old. I have bad depression so its not all ways so easy to talk to people. Thanks for reading this. Laura
