Hello ?
My name is Katie and I'm from the new forest.
Recently I've been really hurt and questioned about my disability and I feel like I have to now, constantly justify myself.
I live with ehlers danlos syndrome, fybromyalgia and borderline personality disorder.
These are invisible illnesses unless I use walking aids or a wheelchair, which I do when I need to.
I have a son who is 5 years old and a supportive partner that's wants me to live my life to the fullest.
I suppose at the moment I feel very alone in myself and a but lost. When people jusdge you and question you, you also start to question yourself.
I'm trying so hard to stay positive and keep plodding on.
Would be wonderful to talk to like minded people and see if something positive comes from this negative experience.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling this way but I can assure you we all have felt like this and questioned ourselves at one point. I think once you find ways of coping with your disabilities/conditions then the opinions of others do not matter.
