First PIP review - so anxious and scared

I am on pip for mental health I got my first review form my sister has filled it in but I am so anxious and scared I will have to go for a f2f or I will lose my pip I am really struggling financially as only get £,100 UC after deduction I am worried sick

Thank you I just hear do so many bad things about people losing there pip and the only supportive evidence I have is my GP and my sister's0

It all depends on how much backlog there is, after sending the forms it took about 6 weeks for a face to face assessment, but just under 2 weeks for a decision.
In the meantime, is there anything that can help you ease your anxiety? I know it's easier said than done.0
