Hi there I would just like to introduce myself my name is Misha and I am 62 yrs but most days feel like 82!
I have Fibromyalgia, and Osteoarthritis in my knees, back, wrists, and hips. I have got to the stage where I can not walk unaided and find most things that people do in a day are very difficult for me to achieve. I am looking forward to looking around this group and hopefully being able to get help but also be there for others who are suffering a similar life style.
